This role supports the Reservations Manager and Director of Revenue Management in overseeing daily departmental activities, including monitoring room blocks, verifying reservation accuracy, and managing group billing. The position requires maintaining detailed records, analyzing competition rates, and providing customer service for both in-house and external reservation inquiries.
