This role serves as a key member of the Sales Centre team at a resort, managing group bookings for schools, corporations, and tour operators from inquiry to execution. The Group Sales Representative coordinates logistics across operational departments like F&B and Rentals while acting as the primary point of contact to exceed guest expectations. This is a full-time seasonal position focused on maintaining business relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of all group visits and events.
