Group Sales Trainer

The Group Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes to develop the capability and performance of sales teams across England and Scotland. This role involves collaborating with regional and divisional leadership to identify skills gaps and create high-quality learning resources. The position requires regular travel and is based at a Miller Homes regional office in Edinburgh.
