Group Supervisor

The Group Supervisor is operationally responsible for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of youth in the program through the work performed by Coach Counselors. This leadership role involves providing guidance and direction on policy, procedures, and best practices to the Coach Counselor Team while supervising both youth and staff to meet service expectations. The position reports to the Shift Supervisor and requires a commitment to inspiring positive change in the lives of at-risk youth.
