The Group Vice President of Human Resources serves as the senior HR executive and strategic advisor to the Group President and senior operations leadership for an assigned division of Summit Behavioral Healthcare. This role is responsible for developing and executing the Group's people strategy, leading HR delivery across assigned markets and facilities, and ensuring workforce priorities are aligned with operational and organizational objectives. The position involves providing strategic and operational leadership across employee retention, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while mentoring a high-performing field HR organization.
