Group Worker – Youth First (Schools-Based)

This is a part-time, permanent Group Worker position facilitating the Youth First early intervention program across primary and secondary schools in Dubbo. The role supports children and young people by delivering small group sessions to promote emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and positive behavior change. Candidates are required to work flexible shifts including essential Wednesday team meetings and coordinate between school sites and offices.
