Group/Catering Sales Manager

This role is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. The position focuses on maximizing revenue through upselling, achieving personal and team goals, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer loyalty. It involves managing business opportunities outside of standard Event Booking Centers and ensuring proper turnover for service delivery.
