Groups and Care Associate Pastor

The Groups and Care Associate Pastor leads both the Groups and Care ministries at the campus, focusing on recruiting and developing group leaders to foster meaningful community while managing pastoral care responsibilities such as visitation, crisis response, and grief support. This role involves managing the Serve Team, overseeing budget and reporting, and ensuring that care is effectively integrated into the group structure. The position requires strong leadership, pastoral counseling skills, and the ability to coordinate outreach and support services for the congregation.
