Grow-Finish Field Representative

The Grow-Finish Field Representative works with contract growers to ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures, meet marketing and productivity targets, and promote animal well-being and environmental sustainability. This role involves tracking production trends, providing guidance on herd health and biosecurity protocols, and assisting with daily farm operations. The position requires regular travel to farm sites and close collaboration with management and growers to drive continuous improvement.
