Grow Your Own Instructional Support Apprentice (Part Time)

The Grow Your Own Instructional Support Apprentice role supports classroom instruction, student supervision, and daily school operations while providing hands-on experience in an educational setting for Kansas City Public Schools' Grow Your Own program participants. This position serves as a career pathway into the teaching profession, allowing apprentices to build foundational skills and professional habits through guided classroom support and collaboration with educators. The role is designed to help participants earn teacher certification and become future KCPS teachers.
