Grower

This Grower position supports breeding, product development, and culture research staff by producing and maintaining quality plant material for research trials and marketing events. The role focuses on plant health and crop quality through watering, fertilizing, media testing, growth regulation, and pest and disease monitoring. The position also involves active participation in the facility's Integrated Pest Management program, including crop scouting, biocontrol agent releases, and pesticide applications.
