Grower

The Grower is a senior leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of crop production to achieve best-in-class yields and quality. This role oversees and mentors the Assistant Grower and Growing Specialist while working closely with the Plant Manager to run the entire facility. The position focuses on climate management, greenhouse operations, and cost tracking to optimize resource use and meet company targets.
