Grower

This position focuses on maintaining and operating water technical systems while monitoring and troubleshooting processes to ensure optimal plant growth. The role involves managing greenhouse settings, applying fertilizers, and implementing pest control measures in coordination with the Head Grower. The Grower is also responsible for conducting daily inspections, adhering to food safety guidelines, and participating in relevant training and meetings.
