Growth Director

Dotfile is seeking a Growth Director to build and scale its growth engine by identifying target accounts, capturing buying signals, and executing targeted campaigns. This role involves leveraging AI and automation to create scalable workflows for research, enrichment, and campaign analysis while driving qualified pipeline across key markets. The position requires a hands-on approach to connecting CRM, data providers, and AI models to continuously improve pipeline generation. The Growth Director will report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
