Growth Hacker

The Growth Lead at Influur owns and accelerates growth across the entire user lifecycle, from awareness through referral, for a fast-scaling creator-focused platform. This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for designing and executing unconventional, data-driven growth strategies that tightly integrate product, AI, and creative experimentation. The position involves close collaboration with Product, Tech, and Data to align growth with the product roadmap and company priorities. Success is defined by measurable gains in acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and the creation of repeatable experimentation frameworks.
