The Growth Lead at Paytm is responsible for owning and scaling the growth marketing charter for credit cards and financial services within the Paytm ecosystem. The role focuses on defining growth strategies and roadmaps across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and reactivation funnels. It involves working closely with cross-functional senior stakeholders to drive data-led experimentation, funnel improvements, and multi-channel campaigns. The position carries end-to-end ownership of impact across multiple customer journeys and user segments in a high-growth fintech environment.
