About this role

The Growth Manager serves as the General Manager for activation and habituation within Cash App, owning the end-to-end goals for how customers discover their first meaningful moment and turn it into a lasting habit. This role blends growth and product ownership, requiring the individual to set strategy, manage the roadmap, and directly collaborate with Engineering, ML, Design, and Analytics to ship experiments and product changes. The position focuses on leveraging various levers such as onboarding flows, incentives, and communications to drive measurable impact on activation and retention.
