Growth Manager

The Growth Manager for the UK-Kenya corridor drives LemFi's expansion across East African communities by building physical community presence and managing high-leverage organic growth. This role involves traveling to key diaspora hubs, negotiating with influencers, and executing grassroots field marketing to accelerate user acquisition. The position requires embedding within communities to act as both a strategic thinker and a ground-level operator while serving as the internal voice of the user.
