Growth Product Manager

The Growth Product Manager at Fasset will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a tightly scheduled roadmap of growth‑focused product releases, coordinating engineering, QA, and cross‑pod teams while ensuring each launch meets pre‑registered success criteria. The role involves managing state‑machine driven user journeys, preventing abuse of referral and gifting features, and driving segmentation and experimentation to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
