GTM Recruiter

Basis is seeking a GTM Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across the GTM organization, defining talent and running thoughtful searches for roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related teams. The role involves full-cycle ownership of the hiring process, from intake and sourcing to candidate management and offers, while maintaining a candidate-first approach.
