GTM & RM Enablement Lead

The GTM & RM Enablement Lead will own the full Go-to-Market workstream for a large-scale Affluent Banking Transformation program at a major Vietnamese bank. This role combines go-to-market strategy and launch execution with RM Enablement and Capability Building to ensure new customer journeys and products are well understood and adopted by branch leadership and frontline sales teams. The position serves as the single point of accountability for bridging the gap between Head Office strategy and day-to-day branch execution.
