Marsh China is recruiting graduates for its 2026 Early Career & Graduate Program based in Guangzhou. The hybrid, two-year rotational program (starting July 2026) offers structured training, mentorship and exposure across Marsh’s business areas. Participants will join a global insurance broker and risk advisory firm and gain broad industry experience to launch their careers.
