Guest Advocate

The Guest Advocate provides compassionate, person-centered support to guests in the Alternative Sleeping Location program, fostering an environment of empowerment, acceptance, and dignity. This role maintains a safe shelter environment, utilizes conflict resolution and crisis de-escalation techniques, and builds trusting relationships with guests. The position supports guests in achieving housing and self-sufficiency goals through daily guidance, resource navigation, and consistent encouragement.
