Guest Engagement Associates serve as the primary point of contact for visitors at the Utah Mammoth Practice Facility, ensuring a welcoming and organized arrival experience for public skates, events, and tournaments. Staff rotate through key guest-facing positions, including front desk, skate guard, and scorekeeper, to support hospitality and on-ice operations.
