This role provides full administrative and clerical support to the Director of Guest Experience and management team at a luxury Maui resort. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, coordinating guest needs across various departments, and handling VIP guest interactions to ensure exceptional service. The position requires one year of luxury hotel experience and the ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Guest Experience Management Team
Process purchase orders and manage the bidding process for team requirements
Coordinate guest needs with Reservations, Front Desk, and Housekeeping departments
Handle guest interactions and resolve complaints with high-level hospitality
Contact guests prior to arrival to inquire about specific needs and accommodations
