Guest Experience Ambassador

The Guest Experience Ambassador role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience at the Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre. This position involves assisting guests with seating, ticket scanning, and answering event-related questions while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. The role requires collaboration with Safety Ambassadors to ensure venue policies are followed and guest needs are anticipated throughout the event.
