Guest Experience Manager

The Guest Experience Manager leads the GX team, managing all guest interactions outside the restaurant, including live order issues, email, chat, social media, reviews, and phone calls. The role focuses on resolving guest issues quickly, improving processes to prevent future problems, and evolving guest experience standards as the company grows. The manager also oversees an AI agent, manages a small team of remote specialists, and reports to the Director of Operations Excellence.
