Guest Experience Service Coordinator

The Guest Experience Service Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, and readiness support across the Guest Experience Department throughout the year and during the Calgary Stampede. The role supports operational planning and execution by coordinating workforce readiness activities, operational timelines, documentation, reporting, asset requests, training administration, and departmental processes. This position serves as a key support resource for both year-round operations and Stampede activation to ensure critical operational requirements are organized and delivered effectively.
