Guest Reception Representative

The Guest Reception Representative is responsible for greeting visitors, customers, and guests in the reception area and/or over the phone, answering, screening, and directing incoming calls. The role involves representing the company professionally, managing guest registration, assigning guests to sales representatives, and handling customer inquiries. This position requires maintaining positive relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Admin teams while ensuring accurate data entry in the Concierge system.
