Guest Relations Agent

The Guest Relations Agent serves as a central point of contact for guests and colleagues at Pendry Park City, combining responsibilities of a PBX Operator, Restaurant Reservationist, and In-Room Dining Order Taker into one centralized role. The position provides a seamless, one-stop guest service experience by managing communications, dispatching requests, and coordinating with various hotel departments. The role requires maintaining a strong working knowledge of the entire hotel, local area information, and multiple technology systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
