Guest Relations Representative

A Guest Relations Representative at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA serves as a primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors and supports the hospital’s patient experience mission. This is a full-time position based primarily on the evening (second) shift with rotating weekends and occasional day shifts. The role is part of a 224-bed acute care facility and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive environment for the community.
