Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative creates a welcoming and inclusive experience for every guest by delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service at the Recreation Center. This role serves as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, processing registrations and transactions, and providing information about programs, memberships, and facility amenities. The position also involves resolving guest concerns, enforcing safety standards, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced recreation environment.
