Guest Service Technician

The Guest Service Technician is an active member of the Patient Registration team responsible for delivering patient registration services and support consistent with the strategic vision of Patient Registration and CRHS. The role involves greeting patients and family members, collecting relevant patient information, and distributing it to appropriate departments to facilitate timely care and accurate billing. This position supports both Outpatient and Emergency Departments by ensuring a smooth registration process and providing comfort and assistance to patients and families.
