Guest Services Agent 2

Guest Service Level 2 Agents assist guests with purchasing tickets, season passes, equipment rentals, and tour reservations across multiple Mt. Bachelor and Sun Country Tours locations. This high-volume role requires expertise in operating sophisticated point-of-sale terminals while providing excellent customer service via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions. Agents must demonstrate strong computer literacy, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage retail tasks in both indoor and outdoor alpine environments.
