Guest Services Agent

This role involves managing all guest communications via phone, email, and chat while operating the telephone switchboard and processing requests such as wake-up calls and messages. The position requires logging guest issues into a computer system, coordinating with other departments for resolution, and providing information about property amenities and local attractions. Additional duties may include processing room service orders and assisting guests with internet and entertainment access.
