Guest Services Associate

The Guest Services Associate serves as a patient-centered member of the hospital team, enhancing the patient and family experience through proactive rounds, call bell response, and post-discharge follow-up. This role acts as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital departments to promote timely communication and resolve service concerns. The position does not provide clinical care but refers all clinical questions to licensed team members.
