Guest Services Concierge

The Guest Services Concierge at Bethesda North Hospital provides a welcoming presence and nonclinical support to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring a positive hospital experience. This role involves wayfinding, gathering supplies, coordinating services, and assisting with patient flow and discharge processes. The Concierge also supports patient experience initiatives, including follow-up calls, and serves as an on-call notary for internal and external customers.
