Guest Services Director

The Guest Services Director serves as the primary campus leader for delivering a consistently hospitable guest experience, executing churchwide plans and standards from arrival to seating. This role involves equipping staff and volunteers to carry out these initiatives with excellence while developing leaders who can own ministry and support the broader church vision. The position focuses on building volunteer leadership structures and ensuring seamless execution of guest-facing services across the campus.
