Guest Services Host

The role involves standing, walking and hosting visitors throughout the lobby, reception areas and meeting rooms, ensuring each meeting room is attended to and visitors are guided to their destinations. Working on a shift rota covering core service hours of 07:00‑18:00, Monday to Friday, the host provides a warm, courteous welcome, handles enquiries, and maintains immaculate visitor spaces while adhering to security and health‑and‑safety procedures.
