Guest Services Receptionist

The Guest Services Receptionist serves as the face of St. John’s Health, managing concierge requests, patient flow, and way-finding services to ensure a world-class patient experience. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting patient experience initiatives. The position also includes providing interpretation and translation services for patients and families under the guidance of the Language Access Coordinator.
