Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Representative acts as a brand ambassador for Capilano Mall, responding to shopper inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person while maintaining knowledge of the Centre's services and stores. The role involves developing relationships with retailers, managing the concierge desk, handling gift card transactions, and assisting with promotional events and gift wrapping. This part-time permanent position requires a flexible schedule to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
