The Guest Services Representative is the front‑line hospitality professional who creates a positive first impression for residents, prospects, and visitors at AVE’s luxury flexible‑stay apartment communities. The role involves handling resident communications, check‑ins and check‑outs, key card creation, package logging, and supporting daily community operations while delivering high‑touch, detail‑oriented service.
