Guest Services Specialist

The Guest Services Specialist provides outstanding customer service to patients, families, visitors, and caregivers through face‑to‑face interaction, email, and phone. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, managing visitor check‑in, addressing non‑clinical needs, and serving as a liaison to Monument Health resources while working rotating shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
