Guest Services Specialist

The Guest Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for community members, guests, and volunteers, creating a welcoming and trauma-informed environment at The Center. This role supports the efficient daily operation of the front desk and reception area while coordinating volunteer coverage and providing information and referrals. The position also assists with food distribution programs, community outreach, special events, and other initiatives designed to meet the needs of LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
