About this role
The Bay Centre is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee the Guest Services desk and lead efforts to deliver a superior customer experience across the shopping centre and a remote kiosk. This fixed-term role is part of the Property Management team and represents the Bay Centre’s brand to shoppers, retailers, and the community. The position is based on-site in Victoria, BC through January 2027.
