Guest Services

This entry-level position provides administrative support to Guest Service Managers and Assistant Managers while performing a wide range of customer service duties at the Abilene Zoo. The role involves greeting visitors, answering inquiries, processing payments and reservations, and directing zoo traffic. Employees may also operate city vehicles and equipment, assist with food preparation, and maintain assigned areas and equipment.
