Guidance & Advice - Advice Assurance

This role within the Guidance & Advice department is responsible for assessing and monitoring advice delivered to members across various channels to ensure trustee obligations are met and members' interests are protected. The position involves conducting licensee due diligence, managing attestation processes, and performing advice file audits to ensure compliance with legal and Fund requirements. The role also supports the development of the Advice Assurance Program and manages advice incidents and key risk indicators.
