About this role

The Guidance Counselor for BEAM Summer Away is a residential summer role supporting middle school students in BEAM’s Los Angeles or Upstate New York sites. The counselor provides socioemotional support, fosters a positive and inclusive community, and helps students navigate challenges during the intensive program. The role participates in a five-person leadership team and contributes to pre-camp planning, staff training, and wrap-up activities.
