Gym Floor Team Member

This role focuses on being visible, active, and engaged on the gym floor to support members, set high standards, and create a welcoming environment. The team member will spend the majority of their time engaging with members during workouts, ensuring the facility is clean and safe, and proactively selling memberships and personal training sessions. The position requires maintaining high energy levels, especially during peak periods, and executing opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth club operations.
