Gym Floor Team Member

This role focuses on being visible, active, and engaged on the gym floor to support members, set high standards, and create a welcoming environment. The team member will spend most of their time interacting with members during workouts, ensuring the facility is clean and safe, and assisting with equipment organization. The position also involves greeting guests, conducting club tours, and selling personal training sessions to drive membership growth.
